Baby Loves Disco is a monthly afternoon dance party for parents and their children from 6mths – 7yrs. The fun spills out from all corners of the coolest club in town: real DJ’s playing real music, bubble machines, egg shakers, dance scarves, chill out area, face painting, nappy changing stations, a full spread of healthy snacks, juice boxes and LOTS of dancing. This is a national research project in conjunction with the NCT and Working Families. The aim of the survey is to understand the experiences of mums returning to work in order to develop practical free tools to help mums who choose to, return to work as easily as possible and employers to be able to support them through this sometimes tricky transition period.
